about ctrl+adapt
CTRL+Adapt was born out of 15 years of doing the work—inside higher education, nonprofits, tech companies, and institutions of every size. From custodians to C-suites, boardrooms to break rooms, I’ve seen how equity and innovation get treated like accessories, not engines.
I’ve moved between academia and industry, studied entrepreneurship globally, and watched DEI get diluted into checkbox compliance—shoved into lunchtime trainings or ignored altogether. But equity isn’t an extracurricular. It’s how business survives the future.
“Equity isn’t an extracurricular. It’s the foundation of how business operates.”
The notion that companies can remain “apolitical” is a myth. I got tired of being treated like a dreamer when I was delivering strategy that actually moved power. I got tired of watching leaders fear disruption more than irrelevance.
So I built CTRL+Adapt—not to beg for buy-in, but to build with the bold. With the people who already see the cracks. With the ones ready to lead from the margins, the future, and the edge of what’s possible.
If that’s you, you don’t need convincing.
You need strategy.
Let’s build.
